We are facing strange issue ,whenever we are trying to access our Qlik URL outside the VDI/Citrix/Non VPN the url should redirect to SAML authentication and then PING ID should come for login details. But suddenly url is not showing saml and it is askign for windows internal authentication. We haven't done any changes from QLIK side And SAML side.Can you please gudie me what may be the reason for this issues?
