QlikSense External Task functionality for Nov 2020

Under QlikSense QMC -->Tasks, we can see three task types as below.

1) Reload task 2) External Program 3) User Synchronization.

but when we click on create new we can only create Reload task not the other two .

Please explain how we can create external program task or user synchronization task.

Version i am currently referring is Nov 2020 SR 9.

in addition to what  @Levi_Turner said, the user synchronisation tasks you create with creating a new directory connector under "User Directory Connector" in the QMC.
