QlikSense Move a Published App from One Stream To Another Replacing Existing App

I have a published App in stream A which I've been asked to Publish is stream b replacing the existing Published App in stream b of the same name.
When I select the App in stream A I do not have the Publish option (understandable), but if I use Move it does not give me the option to replace the existing App in stream b.
Is the only option to move the App to stream b and then rename or remove the original stream b APP
I believe the way to do this would be to export the app in question, and then import it overriding the desired app in Stream B. You can then delete the original from Stream A. As far as I know, you can't move and override in the same action, since moving an app retains its current ID.

You do not need to export/import. Make a copy of app in stream A, that copy ends up in your Workspace. In the QMC you can now publish that copy overriding the app in stream B. N.B. any shared/private sheets and bookmarks/stories in stream A will not be moved to stream B. If you want shared/private sheets to follow along you could promote them before making the copy. If you wish, after publishing, you can demote those back to shared/private sheets.
