QlikSense Scalability Analysis for Multinode architecture

We are hosting a multi node(5) QlikSense environment for different projects. As the projects are growing , may users are reporting slowness and their application is unresponsive. What are the best ways to analyze the existing capacity of our environment and whether it needs scaling or not? I have gone through below Qlik Article but it does not provide any information about the Node configuration(CPU , RAM) they are assuming.
