QlikSense Web Connector Access Denied

I wanted to create a LocalHost web file connector and I'm getting this error below, please help.

Thanks for posting.

Are you trying to use Web File of the "Add data to connector", right? Are you on the same server as you are adding localhost, have you tried with the FQDN url?

Hi, I'm trying to send emails to certain users when the jobs fail on our server. So I installed Web Connectors, I can connect from the browser and I can send email from there. Now I need to create a Web File connection to use in my script, then I get that error when I try to create the Web File connection.

If you have installed the Qlik Web Connectors stand alone. Why are you trying to do a Web file connection to localhost/5555 url?

We would like more context here.
