Qliksense Repository service is getting stopped automatically after successful qliksense Nov 2020 installation

Dear all,

I am trying to install Qlik Sense Nov 2020 version on windows server 2012 R2 Standard. Now after successful installation, I am facing one service failure issue .

Qliksense Repository service is getting stopped after installation.

Tried all the following steps.

Steps:

1. Rebooted the Server.

2. Manually tried to start the service.

3. While installing logged in with same user id & password(Service account) which used to install the Qliksense Server.

4. Uninstalled the Qliksense Server, deleted all the folders previously installed, again installed the Qliksense with local Administrator User & same user id & password provided to run the services.

5. Tried the steps from below article.

NOTE: Software is installed using DOMAIN USER who is part of Local Administrator Group and .NET framework version is 4.8

Have you checked in the log>repository>trace>system repository log for any potential error?

I found this article that discusses the error message you get in the log,Fatal exception    Operation is not supported on this platform.

Thanks for your support. Can you please tell how to take backup of keys on below location before deleting it.

I am not sure on that. But since it is a windows functionality, I googled 😁.

I tried as suggested above but no luck. I have rebooted the server but still QRS is getting stopped.
