RAM Spike when opening an application - QS July on AWS

Hi There,

We are hosting QS July on a memory optimised R2.8xlarge instance.

We have noticed that when initially entering the application, RAM spikes to 80gb for each user accessing the application for the first time.

I am wondering if section access is causing caching to become non-global, but wondered if anyone has also experienced this RAM spike when trying to open an application, and any root cause you may have identified?

Further to this, today we saw a dramatic decrease on strain of RAM when removing section access from our application. Any other ideas would be much welcome.
