Read only permission to QMC

Just want to know if there is way to give any user only access and read permission to QMC console. As there is no separate resource available in the custom property for QMC to create such rule :

I have already sent screenshot after accessing the URL you have mentioned above but there is no resource with name QMC

You may want to review the aforementioned page. You're supposed to tick "Users", not "QMC".

You have to "write" the filter yourself. There is a list of all available recourses in the help. (check the QMC section)
