Reclassify column data

I am trying to reclassify the data in a column to make a new pivot table.

The column is called a product grouper and has several classifications: health, beauty, beverages ... etc. What I need is to change the classification, for example to health to put remedies, beauty to put makeup on it, drinkable beverages etc.

I am just learning how to use QV but it occurred to me to use if as follows:

= if (product_grouper = 'health', 'remedies', if (product_grouper = 'beauty', 'makeup', drinks))

The problem is that, on the one hand, it doesn't work for me and, on the other hand, there are 33 classifications and it would be impossible to do it so many times.

Is there an easier way to do it?
