Ours is Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows February 2024 P5 Multinode platform.

Reloads Monitor I/O error after Engine Server crashed and restarted. All other monitoring apps i.e. log monitor, session logs loading fine.

How to repair/fix the issue?

Hi HI6, maybe the reload monitor is corrupted. I would suggest importing a new app.
