A customer of ours has their customers log into a Qlik Cloud for analytics into their orders. The apps they access are restricted by Section access allowing them to only see data from their company. That is all working as expected.
The customers have the permission to create alerts, however, when they create alerts, they have the option to send to other Qlik users.
The problem we have is they can see all the names of all the customers and internal users with access to that tenant...
Is there any way to prevent that?

The best and most secure approach is to disable the alert sharing!

We have a preview feature which restricts users from listing other users. In it's current state it doesn't support the collaboration extensions but it helps safeguard user metadata for this sort of use case (where you can't use another isolated tenant).
