SaaS Readiness 4.1: The REST API call timed out between services

The client is using the February 2022 version of Qlik Sense. An attempt was made to import the SaaS Readiness 4.1 app using QMC, but the error message "The REST API call between services has timed out" was received. Other apps load normally.

A test was performed on the February 2024 version with the same app, and it imported successfully. Could this be an app compatibility issue?
