Security Rules about ExportData

Hi 

I'm trying to set a security rules, if it's possible, that permits to Export Data only from specific Sheet (e.g. if sheet name is like 'exp*' )

If it's not possible to manage "security rule"  to allow to export Data only from a specific Sheet, I'd like to know how to manage "security rule"  to allow to export Data, at least ,only from a specific App
