Security rule for data reduction on dimension level

Let say I have an published Application called "GlobalSales" in a Stream called "Sales". Now I want a specific group of users to only see a two of five regions in that application. Is it possible to create a security role on application dimension level based on a Active Directory Group?

Ok, got it. I thought that you could reduce the data in QMC just like you do it in QlikView Publisher, but this seems not to be the case.
