Sense Governance Dashboard refresh takes long time

QS version: 3.2 SR 3

QSGC version: 2.1.1

First attempt at trying to get the QS Governance Dashboard working. The qsgc-Refresh-Governance-Dashboard task completed successfully, but took over 7 hours to complete.  The bulk of the time was in the following resident load:

Any comments on this runtime?  Is this the expected runtime for what it's attempting to do, or is there any way to optimize this area?
