Some Users cannot acces the hub
Hello Everyone,
I have a strange behaviour on our QlikSense (Enterprise On Windows) environment.
We have an application that is accessible through the Hub.
All Root admins with a professional license can access the application through the hub.
However, users with an analyser access cannot access the application through the hub. The page keeps loading and the address bar changes to ....hub/no/route.
However is the same user access the application direct (with app-id) the have access and all works fine.

Does anyone have an idea how this is possible.
We want all the users to access the hub, and from there the should choose there apps.
Any help is very welcome.

Looks like it is an issue with our license.
The analyser licens doesn't works. We'll make a call at Qlik.

I would suggest to proceed by recreating the issue and observing the developer tools of the browser.
Let us know if you spot something interesting there.

Make sure your license is correct.
Verify it by QLIK.
Also check if the user have access to the stream and to the app.
