Strange behavior with Qliksense installation

We are experiencing Strange behavior with Qliksense installation,

My account or service account is local admin to the server, but all the Qlik sense services are not running under either one of them.

Everything running under the local system account only. I have checked completely, both the service account and my account having full permission.
