Tables showing no data while making Excel UDC in QlikSense Server 3.0.

I wanted to make Excel UDC in QlikSense with users in Qlik.For that, I downloaded the Microsoft Access file and installed it and also created an odbc for Excel.When I created the app and was trying to import users in QlikSense from excel, it couldn't display the data though was showing the tables.

Maybe some odbc error is there.Help.
