Task Dependencies asked better

I think this will make more sense.

A task runs and is successful at 8am.

It is scheduled and starts running again at 9am.

Another task that is dependent on this task started running at 9:30am.  Does Qlik use the latest status of Successful from the 8am run (and lets the 2nd task kickoff),  or is it smart enough to know that the task is running again and the 2nd task should not start until the first one is done?
