Task does not trigger from queued to starting

Hi All,

I am facing a problem where all of my tasks suddenly start failing and keep on a queuing since last few days. I've made a cleanup archived logs and still there are no changes. Have anyone faced this kind of problem? Appreciate if anyone can help.
