we have a problem with a task that has run correctly for several months.
From a week now it begins but it never ends. I tried to run the app manually from the data load editor but the situation is the same. It reaches to connect to the database (redshift) but it doesn't load any data and it runs for hours.
Has this situation ever happened? do you have any idea what the problem could be?
The cause is that redshift returned no data anymore - and also the database and/or the driver didn't return any error and therefore is Qlik further waiting for data until any timeout happens (if it's not disabled). Maybe these error-messages could be enabled - maybe with some extra timeout-settings to end the tasks before they take too long.
