Trying to find value for https://<Fully Qualified Domain Name>:443{/virtualproxyprefix}/samlauthn/ in azure AD

I am trying to find out what the value for https://<Fully Qualified Domain Name>:443{/virtualproxyprefix}/samlauthn/ should be for my enterprise application. The suport bot (the only way it appears that we can communicate with Qlik view) doesn't really help. Has anyone else setup Azure SSO and managed to work out what this value should be?
