Unable to update the license information (LEF) automatically in QlikView server

Hello,

We need your help please. we are unable to update the End date of the licence (from 2023-12-31 to 2024-12-31) in the contents of the LEF of QlikView Server,

we did it for "QlikView Publisher" by a click on "Update License From Server"  and its done automatically.

For "QlikView Server" ,we used the control number and we got the message "Success" and then we restarted the server but the LEF date was not updated.

Could you help us how can we update that please ?
