User Authentication Failed with AD Alias name

Hi All,

I am trying to access the HUB using a domain Alias, For example I have a AD with a Domain name ActiveDirectory and the alias is AD.Com

Now, I want my users to login using the Username@ad.com instead of ActiveDirectory\username

any suggestions..how to do this.. 🙂

Note! This is all on the windows AD side, nothing with Qlik view or Sense, just reminder windows performs the authentication/validation of the user and give back to Qlik the 'OK' to access Qlik. Basically you looking to access UPN format (or username@domain.com), this should have been setup on the AD side to allow this format to work. You may read more here:
