We currently use Excel to load new users into the QMC, using the Excel User Directory Connector. This has been working fine for a couple of years until 2nd Jan when it stopped working this the following error -
Any suggestions as to why it's stopped working?

A restart of the services had no impact however a full server restart sorted the issue
@kev6brown From UDC, advanced section please increase Timeout?
and see if that starts working.
The reason why is sometime LDAP queries due to network will take a while to affect.
