User access pass delete error

Hi,

After deallocating an user access pass it went to quarantine as expected. But now i want to delete it, and i can't.

I've waited more than 7 days and it's still not working, it says : "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when i try to deallocate it.

What can i do to get rid of it ?

The same as me. Do you delete the use first. then deallocate it?
