Virtual Proxy Configuration Issue

I installed Qliksense Nov 2019 Release and was working fine. I configured a virtual proxy for the site minder and restarted the browser. Qlik Sense QMC or Hub is not coming up. 

500: Server Error. Tried both Localhost and servername.

How can i Get back the QMC?
