Web Page Viewer 2.0 Challenges

We are facing issue after post installation of Web page viewer 2 in Production. We are able to perform this same installation in Stage and its working as expected.

We are unable to see the WebPage Viewer 2 in Access point.

Let me know if anyone can suggest.
