What does the StaticContentSecurityType security rule condition refers to and how can security type of static content be changed?

Qlik Sense comes with a read-only security rule called Installed static content. That security rule has a condition that is using something called StaticContentSecurityType. There seems to be three possible options of security types - Open, Normal, and Closed.

Does anyone know any details about security types of static content? Where can a security type for static content be set?

Following up with an add-on question. Does anyone know what is an "installed" static content?

There's app content, there are content libraries, and there are extensions, all of which live in StaticContent root folder. I can't find any reference to "installed" static content, though.

Is "installed" static content some kind of special type of static content? Any context to shed some light on this is appreciated.
