Why are there so many login problems due to cookies and cache?

Why do we have so many issues with users trying to login due to cookies and cache?  Our users constantly have to clear their browser cookies and cache in order for the Qlik login authentication to work.  It causes a massive amount of wasted time troubleshooting as most users don’t know why their login isn’t working. Is there a setting within Qlik, our Qlik server, or our Active Directory server that would prevent this from happening?  Please help, thanks!!!

@michael_klix Also, just read more closely and saw your callout about the consentmgr cookie. We'll take a look at that and will share any info we get. Thanks!

Michael_Llix - did you had Load balancer like F5, Netscaler, or Microsoft based LB in front of it?

On my side, having the same issues, we are behind F5 (with sticky sessions) to target one of our 2 QS front end servers (in case of disaster, they are not located in the same DC)

Hi,

It seems that we are hitting to the same problem.

I think we ended up changing the header size and haven't seen the issue since.

Thanks for the hint. How do we change the header size? We still tell our users to delete the cache when facing enless app load times.
