need help with virtual proxy

Hi

I try to configure our monitoring apps. Currently only log monitor is working.

I don't understand well below instruction about virtual proxy.

The Monitoring apps require Windows authentication to be used on the virtual proxy it uses to connect. If this is not the default virtual proxy, replace \qrs\ with \<prefix>\qrs\ where <prefix> is the prefix of a virtual proxy with Windows authentication enabled.

Our default virtual proxy doesn't have prefix. Can you help to check whether the setting in the picture is correct? Where else I should check to make the license monitor and operation monitor work?
