We have opened up http access for our Qlik Sense users to access via mobile browsers. This has been working until recently our users reported seeing the IIS screen instead of the Qlik Sense hub. Any ideas how to resolve this? Screenshot attached.

Hi Marnie,
Have you tried disabling IIS on the server as i'm assuming it is installed on the same box as Qlik Sense therefore it is likely configured to use port 80 by default and the Qlik Proxy isn't getting the request.
