Qlik Native Mobile app news

At Qlik, we're committed to delivering cutting-edge mobile analytics solutions that empower organizations to harness data anywhere, anytime. As we head into the second half of 2025, we're thrilled to share exciting activity with our Qlik Native Mobile Apps, designed to enhance governance, streamline user experiences, and align with our strategic AI vision. These updates ensure your mobile analytics journey is smoother, more secure, and more powerful than ever.

Qlik Sense SaaS app

Our Qlik Cloud Analytics mobile app is evolving to meet the needs of modern enterprises, driven by your valuable feedback. We're introducing powerful governance features to give administrators unparalleled control over mobile analytics programs.

  1. Custom scopes - we are working on a set of scopes to control which of your tenant users can authenticate via the native mobile app. A secondary scope will control whether the offline feature is available to those users. This will allow tenant administrators full control over their mobile analytics programs with Qlik – something not possible today.
    • A byproduct of this work will be the deprecation of the Management Console > Settings > Mobile setting that controls Qlik Sense app download for managed spaces and shared spaces.
  2. We are also investigating the integration of Microsoft Intune (Entra) SDK to support Mobile Application Management for those enterprise' that want more application-level controls (policy deployment) for their mobile analytic programs.

Qlik Sense Client-Management app

For our client-managed customers with native mobile analytics there are some notable maintenance updates for the app.

  1. We have recently upgraded the Microsoft Intune library - please reference the support post here [Update August 2025 -  both Android and IOS now have the latest Intune library]
  2. An engine upgrade is underway to bring offline analytics experience inline with the core Qlik Sense Enterprise Windows feature set.   [Update August 2025 -  scheduled for availability the week of August 18, 2025]
  3. We continue to ensure compatibility with upcoming Qlik Sense Enterprise release’ notably the fall 2025 updates.

You can expect a fresh coat of paint on our app store as well as our app naming.  If you wish to participate in pre-release/beta testing via the app stores please drop me a DM in the community here expressing interest.
