Hi Experts,
I would like to access qlik sense via mobile app (iPad/iPhone), and the error msg keep showing up "You must connect to the Qlik Sense server at least once....".
However, before access the mobile app, I've login the server via web browser successfully on iPad/iPhone.
Also, I've digging and tried possible solutions as below from community but not work at all:
1. Client Authentication link : https://<servername> ; http://<servername>; https://qlik.<servername>.com ; http://qlik.<servername>.com
2. Send the client authentication link by email or from Tool>Client Authentication
3. Delete "Windows" from Windows Authentication Pattern
Does anyone have clue about this issue?

Hi! Are you by any chance going through a reverse proxy when connecting to the Hub?
Hi Daniele,
Could you please provide more detail or information about reverse proxy?
I'm not familiar with network, not sure how to go through a reverse proxy.
Thanks in advance.
Kate
Hi @katetsan , we have seen this issue happening when connection to Qlik Sense Mobile is done by going via reverse proxy. If you don't know how your network is setup, you'd better check with your system/network admins, since they are the people that should know.
hi kate,
i meet the same problem as you.
Have you solved this question?
Because i cannot find any soulution to solve it.
if you can use the mobile app now, please reply me your idea on the problem.

Hi Mario,
We are facing the same issue connecting via proxy.
Did you get any response on this?
Thanks in advanced!
Kind regards,
Sergio.
Hi @Daniele_Purrone ,
We are facing the same issue connecting via proxy.
Is there any workaround? for the customer it is not an option to disable the proxy.
Thanks in advanced!
Kind regards,
Sergio.
I have a suggestion - since you keep asking people who encounter this error message what is the network setting and we really don't know... why don't you post the solution for both options.
thanks
Hi @Daniele_Purrone ,
It's been an year since my last question about this topic and the issue still remains.
Is there any workaround? for the customer it is not an option to disable the proxy.
Thanks in advanced!
Kind regards,
Sergio.
Hi @iumor - correct you must be connected to VPN first if your Qlik Sense server is not accessible over the public network - then you must also log in to your Qlik Sense Enterprise Server via a browser first and get the client authentication link from the menu as I show at 2:15 - (or you can get this via email and tap it on a mobile device after Qlik Sense Mobile is installed).
