Qlik Sense Mobile - Credential Caching

Hello,

We are having an issue with Qlik Sense Mobile v September 2019 for iOS where it seems as though credentials are being cached and there is no "Forget Login" capability as stated in older documentation.  We can even delete the app off of the phone and/or iPad   and then re-install and will not be prompted to re-authenticate.  This is causing some issues from a security and support perspective.

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/September2019/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Mobile/open-app-mob...  states:

"If you would like the mobile app to forget your login information, do the following:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the mobile app. The Account and settings page opens.
  2. Tap Log out. You are logged out, and the Select a Qlik Sense server page opens.
  3. Tap ... beside a server, and then select Forget login."

We do not see an option to "Forget login".  Anyone else experiencing this and any workarounds?

Perhaps you are performing Single SignOn?

If deployed via Intune, Qlik Sense Mobile contains a component from Microsoft that can perform SSO from the Managed Application to Azure, and Azure could be performing SSO into Qlik Sense via KCD or SAML.

Thank you Michael.  It is being deployed via Intune.  We initially were pushing the app and also a policy to configure it with our Enterprise server.  That seems to be a little finicky, so at this point we are pushing the app with out the policy.  Still can't force the logout though without deleting the server all together.  Thank you for your note!
