Qlik Sense On Demand Report Mobile doesnt work

Hello,

One of my customers is experiencing an issue with NPrinting On-Demand. It doesn't work properly on iPad devices running iOS (Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Mobile App). However, everything works fine on a local computer. The site is accessed via HTTPS, so the connection should generally be secure.

Could you please assist me in identifying the cause of this issue?

What version is NPrinting and QlikSense?

I don't think OnDemand is officially supported to work from IOS devices.

Hi,

We are currently using the following versions:

• Qlik NPrinting February 2024 SR1 (Version 24.4.7.0)
• Qlik Sense May 2024 (Version 14.187.4)

Could you please confirm with your colleagues whether Qlik NPrinting is not supported on iOS?
