Dear Qlik experts,
we are facing 'connect lost.make sure Qliksense is running properly. if your session has timed out due inactivity ,refresh to continue working' error, when user logs in ipad for same app then hub getting above error and when user access same app in hub then ipad getting above error. for different apps its working fine.
we tried below options but none worked out.
1. disabling Extended security environment checkbox in virtual proxy
2. increasing TCP alive session timeout in proxy config file.
looking for resolution for the same from your experience.
