Qlikview Upgradation 11.20 to QlikView 12.40 SR1.

Hi All ,

Could you please help me to upgrade version from 11.20 to QlikView 12.40 SR1.

How we can do this ,I am looking for some videos/PDF /General description in short.

What are the preliminary checks need to do before up gradation,

Will this up gradation do update  all  Document, Server & Publisher  and access point from current version to latest version or do we need to do upgrade separately.
