Enterprise on Windows EC2 problems

Hey everyone,

First time posting and sorry if this is the wrong place for my question.

On the AWS marketplace I subscribed to an EC2 (BYOL) where the installation is automated. I can login, give my license successfully access the qmc, and create a new app in the hub. 

If I restart the instance I can no longer connect to the qmc or hub. I get a 'this site can't be reached.' 

Any help or guidance is appreciated.
