Error sending E-Mail via Office 365 OAuth2
Hi,
I followed the instructions in the Qlik Documentation:
Configuring email support | Qlik Cloud Help
The setup shows everything is ok:
But sending the test email shows an error:
There are no fail-events in the log like described here:
Qlik Cloud: Sending email with Microsoft 365 fails - Qlik Community - 2444247
Permission for mail.send is granted.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

We're not sure about the root cause, but with this additional permissions it worked for us:
It could be possible that with the Qlik-Cloud-update a few days ago something changed...

Hi @ManuelRühl , then please, reach out to Microsoft Support. The error comes from their side, there might be something else that needs to be setup.

Good morning everyone, we are encountering the same error. We have tried to assign all permissions as indicated by @manuel Ruhl (thanks for your post!) but it keeps returning the error of: “{“connectionFailed”:true, “message”: “Error during email request”, “success”:false} ”
Any other idea where to check?
Thanks in advance

I have the same problem. error same “{“connectionFailed”:true, “message”: “Error during email request”, “success”:false} ”
I assign all requed permision. All green. Qlik support team say me goto the Microsoft support.
But I don't understand why? I set everything up exactly as described in the help Qlik Cloud. The error does not add any additional information about what is missing.
