Overlay Download Button does not allow Data Download

Hi Qlik Community,

In the Qlik SaaS system, there a great download button beside the maximize button overlayed on visualizations.  For some reason, when this button is pressed, it only allows for Image and PDF download.  Is there a way to allow for Excel download, the same way that right-clicking on the visualization does?

Which data are you trying to download?

Is it one object ?

Is it pivot table/straight or button?

Is your object in container?

If there is more that one object the data part will be greyed out.

In the below case the button is greyed out as there is more object in the img

Is the right button option working for you?

Hi Robert,

Thank you for the information. The object is a container with multiple tables, so that must be the problem.
