Qlik Data Gateway - Connection Internal error Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'value')

Hello,

I'm trying to connect my MySQL database to our cloud tenant, but I'm getting the following error: "Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'value')".

I've searched for an explanation, but haven't found anything. I'm not sure if I need to configure something in the gateway settings (C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Gateway) or elsewhere.

The connection works fine between the on-premises version of Qlik and the MySQL database. So the problem seems to be related to the connection via the gateway.

Hi @yocrozet , in my case, that same error happened because there was an antivirus blocking the .exe in server folder where Direct Access Gateway was installed.

Qlik server folders are excluded from antivirus

The problem was resolved by changing the port used by the gateway. The default port was already in use by another software.
