Section access multi cloud distribution

hi,

i am trying to setup section access on apps that are deployed with the hybrid multi cloud feature. I am trying to change the section access based on email instead of userid. I have an excel located on the on prem server with the email addresses, but it doesn't work. does multi-cloud distribution support this?

Section Access that is set up for an on-premises environment such as Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows will not work in a cloud environment.
