Tabular Reporting - possible to use dynamic file names?

I am using Tabular Reporting to send a report to 80 different users, each user has their own filter (so effectively 80 different reports).

I was looking at also storing these spreadsheets in SharePoint using the Folder option in a report task, however if all 80 of my reports have the same name then it will surely just overwrite each one, or add (1), (2), (3) and so on to the end of each file name?

Does Tabular Reporting allow you to have a dynamic file name? I am guessing not based on the UI options, but figured I would ask in case I have missed something.

EDIT: After testing this, it does in fact store the file name as <ReportName>_<FilterName>_<TimeStamp>.xlsx

It would be great if the file sent in the email also had this same file naming format

@Liam-Grant correct this is currently a limitation of Tabular Reporting unfortunately.

Thanks for the reply. I suspect a lot of people are still using NPrinting (or non-Qlik solutions) for the more complex report deliveries. Fingers crossed that Tabular Reporting gets some more features to bring it closer to NPrinting. It is fine for simple reports that go to a few people, but is severely lacking in scalability at present.

Unfortunately for my immediate requirements I will have to look at some hybrid solution, possibly with Microsoft Power Automate.

Thanks for the post @Liam-Grant - today a timestamp will be added to make the filename unique.  If it was a cycling use case the dimension value would be added.

A full dynamic file name feature to support the task configuration is identified as a future roadmap item.

Great thanks, it would be ideal if the filename could include the filter name when sent in the email, as it already does that when storing to SharePoint. E.g. when filtering to say 'Europe', the email has a file named SalesData_2024_01_08.xlsx, whereas when storing to SharePoint it will save it as SalesData_Europe_2024_01_08.xlsx
