When I log into qlik I have no option of setting up a tenant for the free trial. I have no junk mail where this has been sent to. I’ve tried countless times trying to contact the support team but I always get the message no agent is available.

If the set up email is not received, it's very likely that the email is being blocked by your organization email server and your IT team can help with that.
