Force password change and Tenant Admin

Hi everyone

I have two questions:

1 - How can I force for all users to change their current password? It is possible?

2- The creator of the account is someone who had left the enterprise and we want to change it, it is possible? Should we get in touch with him first to recover the account?

Thanks

Ariel

Hi @ArielAlonso ,
1) when using Qlik ID it's not currently possible to force users to change password.
This is a great idea for our product team, so feel free to suggest it at https://community.qlik.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/qlik-ideas/search-before-post-mode/true
The alternative, if you have an Enterprise Cloud subscription, is to use your own Identity Provider (IdP). With your IdP you'll have more flexibility and might be able to set password policies.

2) When it comes to changing the service account owner, please start a chat with our Customer Support team and they will assist you with the process.

Hi @ArielAlonso,

Is your question regarding Qlik Sense Cloud or QlikView?
