Getting (Connector error: Invalid load request (DirectAccess-1006) error in Qlik Saas

Hi Everyone, So we are using Qlik's SAAS version, there is multiple dashboards in prod But we have one dashboard which is scheduled for every 1 hour reload, So most of the time it is successfully reloading, But sometimes it fails.

this error started to come up in the last two weeks, it was working perfectly before, So could it be because we updated the data gateway to the latest version?

Please let me know the solution for this,

have you investigated that there are no issues with the source you are connecting to? Or maybe network issues between the gateway and the source?
If everything was checked, you can collect the required information, and then reach out to support.
