To expedite the investigation for Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access cases, the following information is required:

  • Verify the current installed version is the latest available from QMC in QCS. The version history is documented here:  Upgrading Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access 
  • If specific to an app, provide:
    • Tenant ID
    • App ID(s)
    • Reload ID(s)
    • Script logs from the specific app can be obtained from Reload History > Details from the hub.
    • If multiple Qlik Data Gateways are configured, provide the Data Gateway ID from the Qlik Cloud Management Console.
  • If specific to an incident (multiple app failures for a given time), indicate the date and time when the issue occurred. 
  • Verify DG server specifications RAM\CPU meet minimum requirements. Setting up Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access
  • Confirm that the DG is a dedicated server and that no other Qlik or third-party products are installed. General limitations and considerations 
  • Provide the DG Server OS-configured time zone (This can be different than the server's physical location)
  • Data Gateway Logs (zip entire "C:\Program Files\Qlik\ConnectorAgent\data\logs" folder)
  • Windows Application and System event logs (Logs should cover the timeframe of the reported error, No other filtering should be applied). Events should be saved in .evtx format. How to Collect Windows Event Logs

The server meets the requirements and has been running QDG without any issues for almost 2 years.
The errors occurred immediately after I upgraded to version 1.6.2
Could you please send me the installer for the previous version? I no longer have it.
I believe that this way I can solve the problem for now, which is causing a lot of inconvenience.

I have the version 1.5.2 installer. After installing it, the connection tests work, and the loads start, but stop at the end with Qlik asking to update the version. Our loads are stopped at the moment, it is urgent.
