Ownership of App/Space/Automation
Hello everyone,
I was wondering the following :
- If a user owns an app and the user is desactivated in qlik cloud tenant, what is the impact ?
- If a user owns a space (shared/managed/data) and the user is desactivated in qlik cloud tenant, what is the impact ?
- If a user owns an automation and the user is desactivated in qlik cloud tenant, what is the impact ?
Thank you
Regards

1) Apps will stay assigned to a "Deleted User" and it will be possible to assign them to a different one. Private sheets and other private content previously owned by deleted user won't be accessible nor it will be possible to assign them to other users.
2) Spaces will be assigned to a deleted user and it will be possible to assign them to a different one.
In both cases, you might need to recreate connections (if using credentials that are no longer active), and schedules.
3) automations are currently strictly personal, and they will be deleted once the user is deleted.
