I have few questions regarding qlik data alert:
1. I assume that in order to create an alert, the users with the "view" role in managed space or shared space can create an alert
Is it true ?
2. Is is possible to configure the alert to restrict/limit that functionality to some selected users ?

Only a tenant or analytics admin can manage all alerts created in the tenant. However, only tenant admins can enable alerts in the tenant.

When it comes to specific alerts, any user with "can view" can currently create them. If you have suggestions about what we could improve around this area, please make sure to add them to the Ideation page.

In a Managed Space, a user with Has restricted view cannot create alert.

since Alerts export some of the data, and since "Has restricted view" users are not allowed to export data, those users are not allowed to create alerts.
